Welcome to our website! Bounceback.com is a service provided by BounceBack LLC ("BounceBack," "we" or "us").
Children and Young Adults Under 18:
BounceBack cares about protecting the privacy of children and young adults. We won't knowingly allow anyone under 18 to provide us any personally identifying information. Children and young adults should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to us or to anyone else. If you're under 18, please do not register with any of our sites or provide us with any personally identifying information (such as your name, your email address or your phone number). In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information We Collect:
Personally Identifying Information

We may also ask for some additional information, such as, sex, age, birthday, but you're free to register without providing this information if you prefer. In addition, at various other points on our sites, we may ask you for personally identifying information, including when you: make a purchase, complete a survey, or report a problem with one of our sites.
User Content. You post content and information ("User Content") on our sites at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share the information and content that you post.
User Referrals. If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. How Your Information Will Be Used:
Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with a customized experience when visiting our sites and to make our sites more valuable to you.
The information collected by BounceBack is also used to create aggregated portraits of the BounceBack audience, portraits which present anonymous statistical demographic information but no personally identifiable information. This aggregated information is used, among other things, to determine trends and needs, and also to supply market research to potential advertisers and partners to help them understand who the BounceBack audience is.
If you provide us with your postal address, we may include that address in postal address lists that we sell or rent to third parties. If you would like us to stop including your postal address in such lists, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting that we remove your postal address from these lists. If we receive such an email from you, we will act to remove your postal address from future postal address lists that we sell or rent to third parties.
BounceBack offers the ability to forward an article or other content to another person via email. If you use this service, we will use the recipient's email address in order to send the content and we will also ask for your email address. We do not use the recipient's email address for any other purpose unless such recipient gives us permission to do so.
We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Bounceback or using the BounceBack name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.
BounceBack, LLC believes strongly in providing you with the ability to access and edit the personally identifying information that you have provided to us through our websites. To update this information, please visit our My Profile area.
Promotional Emails. If you provide us with your email address, from time to time we may send you emails about BounceBack that we believe may be of interest to you. When you register, you will also be given an opportunity to tell us whether you would like to receive emails about products, services and special offers from third-party providers. Though we hope that you will find both types of promotional emails helpful, if you decide that you no longer wish to receive either or both types of emails, please go to the My Profile page and update your preferences. Of course, you may change your preferences at any time. We will make any changes you request as quickly as we can.
The personally identifying information we collect is stored within a database that we control. We use standard, industry-wide procedures such as firewalls and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. And, of course, any information you include in a message you post to any message board, discussion group, or other public posting area on our sites is available to anyone with Internet access. If you don't want people to know your name or email address, for example, make sure not to include it in any message you post publicly.
