BounceBack Purpose
|
There's more to getting over a broken heart than getting back on the dating scene. We've seen too many people fail at relationships because they believe (or they are told) that the way to heal from a breakup or divorce is to jump into another relationship. We also know that some people believe that making someone else regret leaving you will make you feel better - when the real goal should be to make yourself happy. We created BounceBack to give people more than just "there's other fish in the sea" advice after the end of a relationship. A person's happiness should start from within, and not be dependent on someone else. BounceBack will let people know that there is more to getting over a broken heart than getting back on the dating scene. We're not therapists. We're not claiming to know it all. You're not either. But if you're here, you probably have some good advice to give other people. Your friends try to support you but sometimes if they haven't "been there" they can't give you the right advice - they also might get sick of hearing about your breakup, no matter how good of a friend they are. BounceBack gives you another outlet where you can vent and get advice from people going through the same thing. We're here to remove the stigma that being heartbroken means you've failed in some way - this happens to everyone. And we believe everyone has the potential to bounce back to life and move forward. |
